Stir Fried Vegetarian XO Noodle

Ingredients:

Garnishing:

  • Fresh corianders and red chilli

Preparation:

    • Heat oil in wok. Mix in all vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    • Add in rice spaghetti, Woh Hup Vegetarian XO Sauce and Vegetarian Sauce Shiitake Mushroom (Lower Salt), and toss well.
    • Sprinkle some water and cover for a short while.
    • Stir well until cooked thoroughly.
    • Garnish with coriander and red chilli strips. Serve Hot. Delicious!
