A Pioneer Brand In Singapore History

As a brand with a strong local heritage, Woh Hup Food was invited to be part of the 50 Made In Singapore Products exhibition held at the National Museum of Singapore from 15 July 2015 to 13 September 2015.

Organised by the National Heritage Board (NHB) to commemorate 50 years of Singapore’s independence, the exhibition showcased fifty local-made products  across six categories including transport, electronics, food and beverage, household, medicine and fashion.

We are honoured to be able to contribute products of significant historical value as part of the showcase exhibits, including packagings of Woh Hup Longevity Noodle, Shrimp Prawn Noodle, Egg Noodles and Grade A Oyster Sauce from the 1930s. Acknowledged as a representative part of the nation’s documented historical narrative, we work towards delivering the essence of Asian heritage through products of the highest quality, to enable the spread of Singaporean and Asian cuisine to every part of the world.
