Stir Fried Vegetarian XO Noodle
- 100g black fungus, soaked till soft and shredded
100g carrot, shredded
100g chinese cabbage, shredded
100g baby corn, shredded
2 tbsp cooking oil
300g rice spaghetti, soaked till soft and drained
1 jar Woh Hup Vegetarian XO Sauce
1½ tbsp Woh Hup Vegetarian Sauce Shiitake Mushroom (Lower Salt)
- Fresh corianders and red chilli
- Heat oil in wok. Mix in all vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add in rice spaghetti, Woh Hup Vegetarian XO Sauce and Vegetarian Sauce Shiitake Mushroom (Lower Salt), and toss well.
- Sprinkle some water and cover for a short while.
- Stir well until cooked thoroughly.
- Garnish with coriander and red chilli strips. Serve Hot. Delicious!
